My career in tech began in manual testing at Samsung, evaluating flagship through entry-level devices — building a foundation in quality assurance, attention to detail, and understanding how real users experience technology.

Curiosity pushed me further. I taught myself to code and transitioned into a JavaScript Developer role where I wore many hats — designing interfaces, translating mockups into code, and building custom functionalities for dynamic data injection in transactional emails.

That same drive carried me into a Technical Solutions Engineer role, implementing fixes for global hotel clients across complex, client-facing systems where precision and reliability matter.

I'm genuinely passionate about optimization — always looking for smarter ways to improve processes and build efficiency into everything I work on.
